Changed your mind? No worries!
All orders can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase if unopened.
If after ordering you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so by returning it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. You should check that all products are still sealed in their original packaging and unopened.
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back, so that we can provide you with our returns address. In this case you will have to pay for returns shipping costs. If you are returning an order of high value, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as unfortunately we cannot provide a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
An item is missing from your order?
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order regarding any order errors or shortages. But first we would recommend that you check the full order once again, as often you will find your missing item in the packaging.
An item has arrived faulty or damaged?
If you have received a faulty item or one that has been damaged in transit, please inform within 3 days. We will advise you of the next steps. Return labels will be provided for faulty products.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. It may take up to 7 days to inspect the product and come to a resolution. The returned items should be in their original packaging. We will not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transit back to us if inappropriate packaging is used. We recommend that you take photos before sending anything back.
If after inspection the item is found not to be faulty, then we reserve the right to re-send the product back to you in its original condition.
If you return an item that was accidentally damaged by you, then after inspection we may have to refuse the return and send the item back to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome. Please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be processed.
